Where is health insurance free?

NYC Care is a health care program from NYC health+ Hospitals that provides free and low-cost health care services. It's available to New Yorkers who don't qualify or can't afford health insurance. Apply for and enroll in Marketplace plans through an approved enrollment partner, such as an insurance company or an online health insurance seller.
