Doctors In Touch (DIT) Patient Satisfaction Survey is a high-quality patient experience tracking system that is as affordable for the single, rural, primary care doctor as it is for a 500-physician multi-specialty clinic in a big city. Survey results are available to users instantly.

Description of Services and Enrollment

DIT's system can accommodate a single individual or an organization of 500 or more. The individual physician can send his/her own surveys, or the account administrator can log in and send out invitations for multiple providers. The account administrator can view results of an individual, a summary of all doctors in their organization, or by specialty/department. Doctors can log in and view their results individually.

After completing the online Business Associate Agreement (required for HIPAA compliance), you will be able to begin using the DIT Patient Satisfaction Survey immediately. No credit card is needed. DIT will invoice you, based upon the number of physician users on the account.

An individual or organization, at no additional charge, can send an unlimited number of email-initiated surveys. Whether one or 100,000 surveys, it is still only $315 per user, or less! DIT charges $1.80 - $2.25 (depending on the number of users) per completed, returned PAPER-BASED survey.  You will have the choice to be invoiced or have a credit card billed quarterly for any completed PAPER-BASED surveys. (Compare this fee with the many companies who charge up to $8.50 per survey mailed to the patient—not for completed surveys!)
